Connect the rooms, the events, the restaurant and the books

A guest finds your page, picks a room with photos and dates, and pays a deposit by M-Pesa. The night is closed on Airbnb and Booking.com by calendar sync, and their bookings come in as reservations here. At the desk the guest is checked in to a clean room, and their meals and drinks go on the room.

At check-out the nights, the deposit and the room charges are on one bill, paid in one M-Pesa payment, and the room goes to housekeeping. A wedding books the hall, the meals and the family's rooms on one event bill. Occupancy, ADR and RevPAR, the restaurant's sales and the books are up to date for the owner.

Questions

Is there hotel management software in Kenya that works with M-Pesa?

Yes. BlueDuka takes M-Pesa from your own till or paybill: guests pay a deposit when they book online, and pay the rest at check-out by a PIN prompt. Payments confirm themselves and go straight to your account.

Does BlueDuka work with Airbnb and Booking.com?

Yes, by calendar sync. Each room has a private calendar link to paste into the booking sites, so they close the nights booked in BlueDuka, and BlueDuka reads each site's calendar every 30 minutes, so their bookings appear as reservations. Only dates are shared. The sites refresh every few hours.

Can guests charge meals and drinks to their room?

Yes. On the restaurant or bar bill, the cashier or receptionist chooses Charge to a room. It shows on the guest's stay and is paid with the room at check-out, on one receipt or several payments.

Can I book halls and conferences?

Yes. Add your halls and spaces with their capacity and price, then book them for an event with the meals, extras and the group's rooms. A hall is never given to two confirmed events at the same time.

How many rooms can I have?

As many as you have. Rooms are unlimited on Restaurant Pro, KES 5,999 a month after a free month.
