How it works
- Switch on the online shop and choose your link name, e.g. …/s/mama-njeri
- Choose which products show online; prices and stock come straight from your till
- Customers order for collection or delivery, and pin their location on a map for the rider
- They pay with an M-Pesa PIN prompt on their phone (with your till or paybill connected), or on delivery or collection
- The order arrives in BlueDuka with a sound and a banner on every till; paid orders are recorded as sales by themselves

Questions
How much does an online shop cost?
The online shop is included in BlueDuka's Starter plan (KES 799 a month) and above, with no extra BlueDuka fees per order. Every new account gets 14 days of every feature free.
Can customers pay with M-Pesa on my online shop?
Yes. Connect your own till or paybill in Integrations and customers get an M-Pesa PIN prompt when they order. The money goes straight to your account. You can also let them pay on delivery or collection.
Do I need a website?
No. Your shop link works on any phone and can be shared anywhere. If you have a website, link to it.
Is my online shop safe from fake orders?
Prices and stock always come from your till, never from the customer's phone, and there are limits per phone number, per device and per shop each hour, so a flood of fake orders can't bury your shop.
